Access & Authentication

Ontheia is a multi-tenant system. To secure your personal agents, projects, and histories, a login is required.

1. Login

Enter your registered email address and password to access your account.

• Session Duration: After a login, the session stays valid for 7 days. If you use Ontheia within that window, the session is automatically renewed for another 7 days — it only ends after 7 days without use. Inactive sessions are deleted on the server.
• Security: Your login data is transmitted encrypted to the host service.

2. Signup

If you don’t have an account yet, you can create a new profile via the registration link.

• Required Data: Email address, password, and optionally your display name.
• Standard Role: New accounts automatically receive the user role. Admin rights must be manually assigned by an existing administrator.

3. Password Security

Should you forget your password, please contact your administrator, as Ontheia currently does not support an automated “forgot password” flow via email (Privacy-by-Design).
